Thank you for shopping at Halcurt. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipping & Delivery Time

We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. The total time to receive your order is calculated as:

Receiving Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Order Cut-off Time:

Weekday: 11:59 P.M. (PDT)

1) Orders placed after 11:59 P.M. will be processed on the next business day.

2) Orders placed on weekend will be processed on the next Monday.

Processing Time: 1~3 business days

The order processing time depends on the time frame of the quality check, the packaging and also on the stock status of the individual product. We will send you an email if the processing time takes longer than expected.

Shipping Time: Average 7~15 days
In case of force majeure events such as customs inspection, the delivery period may be extended to 22 to 30 days.

Please note: Shipping to remote areas or during peak holiday seasons may take slightly longer, but we will always provide tracking numbers for your peace of mind.

2. Shipping Cost

We offer clear and transparent shipping rates for our customers:

Free on orders over $49.99, otherwise $7~9 due to weight of items.

The final shipping cost will be displayed clearly at checkout before you make a payment. 

3. Shipping Address & Order Tracking

Please leave sufficient details about your shipping address to ensure a smooth delivery, it would be better if your shipping address can be accurate to Apartment/Unit/Suite numbers, correct zip code, phone number and email). 

A correct email is mandatory for receiving order confirmation and shipping notification.

The phone number is required for being contacted by delivery man if necessary.

Please note that Halcurt is not responsible for unsuccessful deliveries caused by wrong/insufficient/incomplete shipping address, wrong post/zip code, blank mobile column. Non-delivery or extra shipping costs due to personal reasons will not be taken by Halcurt.

Order Confirmation & Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can track your package directly through our website or the carrier's portal.

4. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team immediately at [service@halcurt.com] with your order number. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, and arrange a replacement or refund for you as soon as possible.
